Reset Password on Credit Information Manager Web (CIMWeb) Portal

The following article describes how to install CreditRegitry's CIMDesktop otherwise known as Credit Information Manager Application.

Watch the video or follow the steps outlined below.

Open cim.creditregistry.ng on your web browser.

On the CIMWeb homepage, click Set Password.

Enter your email address registered with Creditegistry and click Reset Password.

An email will be sent to you containing a temporary reset password.

Check your inbox for the email.

Copy the temporary reset password and paste it into the Emailed Password field.

Type your desired password in the New Password field and confirm password.

Then click Reset Password.

You will be automatically logged in to the CIMWeb Portal.

If prompted to enter a session code, check your inbox for another email containing the session code.

Copy the session code and paste it into the Session Code field.

Click Login and you will be logged in to the CIMWeb Portal.
