The following article describes how to reset your password on the Dud-Cheque (DIM) Portal.
Watch the video or follow the steps outlined below.
Open dim.creditregistry.ng on your web browser.
Type your email address registered with Creditegistry and click Reset Password.
A temporary reset password will be sent to your email as login-code. Check your inbox for the email.
Copy the temporary reset password and paste it into the Password field.
Then click Login.
A pop up window will request for your new password. Type in your desired password and confirm the password.
Click Reset.
Your password reset will be completed successfully and you may login with your email and new password.
